Messages and recommendations

When you contact Amy or Tony, the website stores your name, email address, recipient, subject, and message so the owners can respond. A copy may be sent through their configured Hostinger mailbox. Enquiries are visible only to site owners.

Recommendations include your name, email address, relationship, and written feedback. Only approved recommendations are published. Your email address is never shown with your public recommendation.

Member accounts

Owners can create participant accounts using a username, name, and email address. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Members can access content shared with members; site owners manage publishing and participant access.

Cookies and uploads

This site uses essential security and session cookies. It does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Uploaded photographs are processed to remove embedded metadata. Public content is visible to anyone; members-only content requires an active account.

Retention and requests

Messages and recommendations remain stored until an owner deletes them. Account information remains until the account is removed. Operational backups may retain deleted information temporarily. Contact Amy or Tony using the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided.
